car
car
car
Description:
The first thing I said when I got my xmod was, "It needs more ground clearance!". That was quickly followed by demands for more precision, speed and power. After LOTS of work, building and rebuilding, this is the result. It can run through a full charge of batteries (about 30-40mins) without overheating.

Mods:
Lego tires mounted wide on foamie rims
180/130 Hybrid motor (with FAT comm)
AWD
Front suspension mod for less binding, smoother travel and longer life
FETs
Tight Turns (board mod)
CF Shaft
Bearings
Lots of GPM parts (almost full drivetrain)
Most RS upgrades

Project Name:
My Snow Machine
Pic1
Pic2
Description:
I have been planning to make a snow machine for quite some time. The biggest delay is the fact that it's been in the 60's and 70's here in Colorado... Thanks to the good folks at RS for supplying the skies. The 6 cell mod helped a lot, but still not enough. I added PX's high conductive carbon brushes and it runs pretty goo now. I also added "rails" to the skis to help it turn. I'm calling this project done, although I might mod it for a tractor in the summer... More pics to come soon.

Mods:
Huge monster tires rear
Ski's!!
Stage 1 motor w/neo mags and carbon brushes
Tight turns board mod
